A 1 hour walk a week is enough to increase your life span.

The latest study released in the British Medical Journal shows moderately intense activities such as brisk walks, gardening or dancing for just 10 to 59 minutes per week was linked to an 18 percent lower risk of death from any cause, compared to inactive people, over the 14-year course of the study, which drew from data on 88,140 U.S. residents age 40 to 85 https://www.bmj.com/company/newsroom/even-low-levels-of-leisure-time-physical-activity-lowers-risk-of-death/

  1. This research looks amazing. I did’t realise exercise could extend your life. I was told that it reduces the time you are in chronic pain at the end of your life. Since I feel pain acutely this was enough for me to exercise.
